Fred has responsibility for business transformation, sourcing & procurement, fleet services, health, safety & environment, real estate, acquisition due diligence & onboarding and leads the GDI Group ESG Committee. Prior to joining Ainsworth, he was the General Manager, of the Material Solutions business unit, of Bombardier Transportation, with oversight of procurement, sales operations, health and safety across North America. Before that, he was with Wajax Industrial Components as Vice President of Operations & Business Systems. Fred also held leadership roles in Price Waterhouse, Carrier Corporation, Direct Energy and Toyota Material Handling. He holds Masters and Bachelor of Science degrees in Economics and Business Administration.
