Operations Function

Operations function forms the core of our company’s business supplying local and national services across Canada. We execute projects either working directly with the end users or through an intermediary. Through our national contracts, we provide consistent project management and delivery services to corporations who require an across the country service. We also offer 24x7 demand services to our clients, through our Go Action call center.

Our operations group comprises of skilled, innovative employees looking for challenging opportunities that can help them advance in their careers. Our team of knowledgeable estimators work closely with the sectors in pursuit of business opportunities. We have a process driven management team and skilled trades people who ensure smooth execution of jobs. In addition, our support staff consists of customer services representative and inside sales people who ensure that our products and services are made flawless and delivered to the clients as per the requirements.

The Process Engineering department leads the execution of projects which are initiated from either strategic or operational initiatives. As part of this effort, both processes and systems are redesigned, with stakeholders from across the organization, with the intention of improving the organizations operational effectiveness and efficiency.
